There must be a provision for a Draw, however, this Draw will be measured in terms of points. So a team can either win outright, or “win the draw”. [...]

The Draw is important, because it still gives a side which is hopelessly behind in the game, something to play for until the very end. It makes every ball matter.

You would think he was writing this with a wink of his eye, but it looks like he is pretty serious about this stuff.
