There are 2 matches between each team. They are the top cell and bottom cell respectively. A win is in Green, a loss is in Orange and a wash-out is in Blue. Teams cannot play against themselves (duh!), so that is black. The teams are arranged in the final order of their Points Table.

In general, a green value nearer the bottom left of the chart represents an upset win. Matches nearer the diagonal are teams that are closely matched.
